That's not how economics works. The price delta is based on the price needed to achieve sufficient demand destruction. Assuming these numbers are correct, we are looking at 6% demand destruction. Since fuel is a fairly inelastic demand product, this could actually be a substantial change. But another way to look at it is: this enables GDP to be 6% higher. Which is actually a massive impact looked at that way [Edit: (and not particularly helpful to Russia either given the EU's declaration of preparing for war against Russia - doh )].
People who have the most superficial grasp of economics really shouldn't be doing this kind of analysis. Mine's not complete either but it's way better than "slight dent" speculation based on total ignorance.
