In this country, the international public trust interest is held by the unincorporated Federation of States, the national public trust interest is held by the unincorporated nation-states, and all other interest is held by the living people, including the direct ownership interest in land parcels held under their original gifted Given Names, without prejudice, and without reference to any British persons or Roman persons impersonating the Americans.  All assets must be reconveyed to the land and soil of each nation-state, there to be cherished and husbanded for the benefit of the living people by the living people making up the natural population of each nation-state, and such unimpaired instrumentalities as may have survived this debacle of crime or which may be created by the living people today and in the future.  These foreign corporations have broken the Public Law of their own countries, the international laws governing persons and nations, their service contracts known as constitutions, and the conventions and standards of business and behavior that they have established and agreed to among themselves.  The have violated the Ecclesiastic Laws and conventions and treaties allowing their existence.  If any corporation would be recognized as a privately held corporation it must foreswear any protection of bankruptcy at public expense and operate lawfully from now on.     The prepaid credit owed to the living people must be issued for their sustenance and continuance of their governments.
