I'm sorry to hear that. If the Concierge team has already reviewed your case and confirmed that recovery isn't possible, then unfortunately there's nothing else that can be done at the moment. I understand that's disappointing, and I hope they'll be able to improve these processes in the future.

The criteria haven't been released yet, but I believe "large amounts" refers to larger sums.
