    There is something different between "increase" as a verb and "increase" as a noun, and that is the stress. In "increase" as a verb the stress is on the second syllable but in "increase" as a noun the stress is on the first syllable.

    Yeah.Technically wrong, but who cares? People just say what sounds right. This is a very common pattern in real spoken English, and it shows how natural conversation often departs from strict textbook grammar.
