Managing Assets via Endless Wallet:
During this period, if some users are experiencing issues and wish to manage their assets, and if you still have assets stored in your Luffa wallet, you can use your 12-word seed phrase to log in to the Endless Wallet. From there, you will be able to access, withdraw, or manage your assets.

Please make sure to keep your seed phrase secure and never share it with anyone. If you lose your seed phrase, you will not be able to recover access to your wallet or the assets stored in it.

Important Notice Regarding Your Assets
Luffa is a self-custodial wallet. We do not hold, control, or have access to your assets or recovery phrase. Your assets remain securely recorded on-chain and are not affected by the wind-down of Luffa.
To continue accessing your wallet, securely import your 12-word recovery phrase into a trusted wallet that supports the relevant blockchain and compatible derivation path. For assets on the Endless network, use an Endless-compatible wallet.
Importing your recovery phrase restores access to the same on-chain wallet; it does not transfer your assets. Some networks or tokens may need to be added manually before balances appear.
Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. The Luffa Team will never ask for it, and wallets should only be downloaded from official sources.
Your assets remain yours and under your control.
