oh that could be it.. cause withdraw fees were 40 masq when i withdrew. now they say 70 masq. Maybe the fluctiations are causing some issue.

I'm not 100% but I think they manually check transactions of you are a new user and haven't done KYC. Which I hadn't. I expect the new year means they're low on staff and volumes are crazy

Not long at all. On one occasion there was a slight delay but my phone gets a message when complete plus I could track it on etherscan.

If they are manually check some trades.. Not not a bad thing as its about fraud detection plus fees are a hell of a lot lower than using a dex.. A hell of a lot

ahh I see I just wanted to support the project by throwing a few hundred to the XT-MASQ trading contest. I was probably gonna get more at uni anyways..if its a good amount i dont mind the uni fees. I price that in to my investment.

I have no idea either.. and thats wayyyy more than what I withdres haha. The autoresponder from the exchange ticket was in chinese too. so idk... i'll just wait cause it says ints in the frozen collumn on the exchange
