Here's in America they know how to work that scam. The translator will be the patient's brother, and he'll charge $6000 to translate for one hour, a cost which ultimately gets dumped on non-scamming patients and on taxpayers (i.e. on whites). Then they'll swap and the brother will call the original patient to be his translator. (They both speak English well enough, you see.)
Every little cold is highly profitable to them, so they have a lot of them, real or not. Meanwhile we go broke.
