🤝 Unetwork – Network Outage and Application Update A widespread data center outage caused a significant number of devices to disconnect from the Unetwork. The team is aware of the disruption and is actively reviewing and resolving its impact across the network. Please note that these disconnections were related to the data center outage and were not caused by individual devices or local configurations. Latest Android App Now Available on Google Play Store The latest version of the Unetwork app is now available through both the Google Play Store and the official APK download page. Users who prefer the Google Play Store version can download or update the app directly through Google Play. APK Installation Installation steps: 1. Uninstall the existing Google Play Store version of the Unetwork app. 2. Download the latest APK from the official Unetwork source: https://releases.unetwork.io/android/ 3. Install the APK and sign back into your account. Switching Between APK and Google Play Store Versions Users switching between the Google Play Store version and the APK version must first uninstall their current version before installing the other. This applies in both directions: from Google Play Store to APK, and from APK to Google Play Store. The two versions cannot be installed directly over one another. Identity verification helps Unetwork process withdrawals responsibly, maintain accurate records, and protect legitimate users. KYC already applies to fiat reward withdrawals. Extending it to crypto reward withdrawals creates one consistent compliance standard across all reward withdrawals. A compliant network is a stronger network. 🤝 Unetwork - Scout & Runner Update Scout & Runner is Back! We're excited to announce that Scout & Runner (S&R) is being reactivated today! Following the temporary suspension, we've taken the opportunity to strengthen the platform and introduce a number of improvements that make the program more sustainable, more rewarding, and better protected against abuse. Here's everything you need to know. Rolling Release Scout & Runner will be reactivated through a phased rollout rather than all countries going live at once. * We'll begin by opening the +1 countries. * Additional countries will then be activated one by one as they are ready. * We'll announce new country activations as they happen, so keep an eye on our official channels. This staged rollout allows us to closely monitor performance, ensure stability, and deliver the best possible experience as Scout & Runner returns. Changes to the Scout Role To ensure the program remains fair and effective, we've updated how the Scout role works. * Scout positions have been reduced from 50 to 30 per country. * Available Scout seats will be allocated to the Scouts who were most active during Alpha and Beta. Refunds * Each Scout is now limited to one SIM refund per carrier per month. * Scouts can still purchase additional SIMs during the month; however: * Additional SIMs will not qualify for refunds. * Additional reports will not earn UP rewards. * Scouts will continue to receive 5 UP for discovering new access. * Scouts will continue to earn 4% of Runner call revenue generated from the access they discover. PayPal joins the existing fiat and crypto payout options, giving users more choice in how they receive their rewards. We’re also introducing automatically generated invoices across all three payout methods - PayPal, fiat, and crypto. Invoices will be available to download from the platform, providing users with a clear record of their payouts that can be used for accounting, bookkeeping, or tax purposes. And there’s more to come.
