Exhausted by trying to make the backend for my portfolio using my zig backend framework everything was so fine and goes smooth until i came across deployment to vercel i tackled it using Dockerfile.vercel, and it is deployed and now the new problem is related to cors, it is a big problem by it self and i closed the IDE mid editing to go to sleep, have a good day 🙌🏾

I'm officially using it as the backend framework for all my personal projects from now on. It brings FastAPI and Express-style ergonomics to Zig without sacrificing compile-time safety or performance.

I'm a software developer from Ethiopia, and honestly, I'm struggling.
I've spent years learning to code, graduated with a BSc in IT, built projects, worked with clients, and kept trying to find my place in this industry.
I know React, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and Flask. I've built web applications, worked on real projects, and have a portfolio:
But right now, I'm struggling to find consistent paid work. I've applied for jobs, reached out to people, and tried different approaches. It's been exhausting.
I'm not posting this because I want sympathy. I'm posting because I genuinely need an opportunity.
I'm available for paid development work immediately , fixing bugs, building frontend features, developing web applications, or helping a team ship a product.
Remote or on-site. Full-time, contract, or freelance.
If you're hiring a junior developer, need help with a project, or know someone I should speak to, please reach out. Even a referral or introduction could make a real difference.
I'm ready to work, learn, and prove myself.
If you can't offer work yourself, sharing this with someone who might be able to help would mean a lot.
Thank you for reading. 🙏
