Kenya's annual consumer price inflation was 6.5% in July 2026, as compared to 6.4% in June 2026.
The increase was mainly driven by price rises in the Transport category (+15.6%) and Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages category (+9.0%).
The print for July 2026 is within the CBK's target range of 2.5% - 7.5%.
