Everything will take its time to safeguard the whole project and ecosystem ROADMAP: bit.ly/36T6Kf5 📌 IMPORTANT Make sure to generate a Pi wallet, and get used to it before mainnet. Every mistake during the mainnet phase might cost you your real Pi. Instructions how to generate a Pi Wallet are in another separate message. Make sure to provide KYC information to your earning team, only accounts and Pi obtained from KYC verified earning team members will be "transferred" to mainnet Pi Network is not a get rich project and never will be. Crypto is all about patience and the most patient always win. Have on mind that the CT and Nicolas haven't been working on this project to let someone just dump their Pi on an exchange. 📌 GOAL OF PI The goal of Pi Network is to get everyday people (which have been left out of the cryptocurrency revolution) closer to crypto/Blockchain revolution on an easier, faster and safer way. ♨️ Responses for mostly asked questions 📌 NAME CHANGE FEATURE Name update “appeal” for minor corrections- There is an in-app feature that allows a Pioneer to request for an appeal of the name update information, where the Pioneer can document the correct information about the name on their identification document and explain the mistake that was made. A complete name change will not be allowed, and only minor corrections may be acceptable. An appeal will need to be processed, and it can be accepted or rejected. Menu > Profile > Settings > "Ask to change your name" - Click "See how" 📌 PHONE NUMBER CHANGE There will be an in-app feature to allow a Pioneer to change their phone number. ♨️ PI WALLET 📌 I forgot my passphrases !!! The only way to get into your PI Wallet after losing your passphrase is if you previously added additional security (fingerprint / faceID) to it. If not, you wallet and all the assets in are lost. No one can recover your wallet. After generating a new wallet, don't forget to confirm your new wallet address in the mainnet checklist. 📌 Why do I need a Wallet? Pioneers will transact Pi during the mainnet with the help of the Pi Wallet. Make sure to get used to it now, when you can not harm your mined Pi. Remember, during the mainnet mistakes might cost you your mined Pi. ♨️ CHANGE PASSWORD FEATURE There might be a feature that will allow changes to our passwords, you can already change it but only when logging in to the Pi app and if you have the phone verification checked. ♨️ USERNAME CHANGE FEATURE There will be a process in place to allow a Pioneer to make a request to change their username. This will only be restricted to cases where the username is a privacy/security concern or contains vulgarity. ♨️ THE PHONE VERIFICATION IS NOT WORKING FOR ME For now - you are good to go with the Facebook verification only.
