I agree it is great for a clean install, but there already is a standalone YSF reflector.

YSF2NXDN does not work for the need that you have right here, it expects YSFGateway or MMDVMHost to connect to the YSF side - this is why its not working for you

I’ve seen it, it’s pretty awesome! It’ll be a huge PR if submitted :)

Good morning! Is it possible to use a 5V relay to activate a cooling fan whenever there is a TX signal, and turn it off again one minute after the TX ends—whether on a hotspot or a repeater?

Might be easier using a thermo switched relay. Something like this… https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/285811069692?var=0&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&toolid=20006&_ul=GB&campid=5339154538&customid=CjwKCAjwmdLSBhANEiwAkREMNyibhU8vQn2jii_J0shMMfqyQldzEmELuLUDjugPFGuBJwg6lsY3XhoCi7kQAvD_BwE&gbraid=0AAAAA-MzEzdnIZHW2W2sThY_OrGEe5UTL&wbraid=Cj4KCAjw9szSBhBuEi4ADrmHOwB_YMYq-S9uBeoHHe6841cQK-_kCOPmuuqdZHjfBBL6MfdypPy88JZPGgKCYA&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23878720043&gclid=CjwKCAjwmdLSBhANEiwAkREMNyibhU8vQn2jii_J0shMMfqyQldzEmELuLUDjugPFGuBJwg6lsY3XhoCi7kQAvD_BwE Though it’s a Pi, with the right script / code you could create something that triggers a pin on its GPIO.

I mean programming a GPIO pin to trigger a relay whenever there is a TX signal—just like an analog repeater controller (like the Elektra 2000) does. Can I use a thermostat for that. Thanks.

This is exactly the script I need. It would be excellent if this function were built right into Pi-Star. It would allow for temperature control on the hotspot and, especially, on the repeater.

Hi all, Pi-Star:4.1.13 / Dashboard: 20260623 shows timestamps in UTC for my repeaters, but for a local hotspot it shows the local timezone. The timezone is set correctly everywhere. How to fix it? Thanks.

Hi All Is there a solution, how to work with MMDVM and pi-star 4.2.6 with all range user ID? Like as 1,2,10 etc. Local mode I mean. Now I check that, id lower then 10000 does not work.

All Ham user ID's are 7digit. 3,4,5,6 digit Tg's are set to mcc codes. Single digit Tg's are either local or for cluster use. There are no 1or2 digit user ID's

And how it's work with 10000, 10001 IDs? I mean, no users who have 5 digits. Where is this limit set?

dmr, dstar, ysf Ham user IDs are 7digit. Only nxdn mode ID's use 5digit.

Hello everyone, I’m running Pi-Star on my MMDVM repeater and once in a while (daily) I can’t seem to activate the repeater via DMR for a while. Anyone experiencing this? If so, has anyone been able to remedy it? Thanks-
