1. Reboot to bootloader via ADB. 2. In Fastboot boot TWRP. 3. Format data in TWRP (use the latest stable official version). 2. Make sure the boot slot is in "A". If it's not, reboot to boot slot "A". It's only going to take like 1 second for it. 3. Flash the ROM. 4. Boot the ROM for the first time. 5. Set up the phone until you arrive at the home screen. 6. Reboot to bootloader. 7. Reboot to boot slot "B". 8. Flash the Gapps build. 9. Wipe data. 10. Reboot and enjoy. 😊

Steps to Flash Custom ROM (mostly): 1. Boot into fastboot mode 2. Boot into TWRP Recovery (fastboot boot <recovery_filename>.img or boot into recovery mode directly if installed) 3. Go to Wipe and slide the slider at the bottom (make sure to backup all your data before proceeding) 4. Next, go to Install, and choose the ROM zip file you want to flash, this will take a few minutes 5. Last, just go to Reboot and press System button, it should bring you to the system in a few minutes, enjoy
