Has anyone faced an issue with the Session 7 payment? The amount was debited from my bank, but DGCA shows the payment as failed Pls dm

If anyone has faced this before, could you please guide us on how to get the refund?

I have applied for my Computer number and it got partially rejected due original not available in CEO record sooo I posted it immediately and it got delivery within 4 days but since then it’s been almost 10-12 days not an single response came from DGCA I raised 2-3 queries still I getting only same “Your application is under process” I am confused what to do next please anyone can help me?

Anyone could u pls help me with my computer number i am unable to get my computer number all the documents are correct but when I try to generate it from digilocker it's showing message as this "Please try login with different account. Aadhar number already registered with mail id and Mobile number" I also tried self rejecting and registering again but it didn't work Pls help if u have any idea about it i really appreciate that
