According to the official Gems Launchpad announcement, the suspension only applied to Credit Refund claims. Users who purchased $RAIN through the Mercury Miner or private sale were explicitly stated to be unaffected. If you're referring to your private sale allocation, it should not be impacted by the Credit Refund suspension.
