I agree. We need more time. As a long time subscriber we have many following and we need more time to download all videos.
Updated Phase 1 Plan see link, basically:
- Delayed by 1 week to give you more time to download
- Reduced amount planned to be deleted in Phase 1
- Phase 2 may explore small price increase to help us keep more videos (and have original quality HD videos)
- Phase 2 will have clear labeling if something will get deleted, and ways to stop it from being deleted.

First of all, I understand the issue with database storage and that it can be expensive, but you literally gave us a deadline. However, the tools available in the program aren’t helpful at all. There’s no option to select the specific Lives we want to download, and there isn’t even a proper download queue system. Instead, all downloads are processed simultaneously, rather than downloading one Live at a time and then moving on to the next one. This can also significantly increase the overall download time, especially for users with slow or unstable internet connections.
