Hey there, Sapiens! Join us this Friday at 11:00 AM Eastern for the next Discord Team Takeover, featuring our amazing Operations Manager Madison McCarthy. Madison will join us in the #🎙️┃team-ama channel to chat about how Sapien delivers complex data training work at scale, how our public platform and community task workflows get built and improved, and how teams can diagnose and prevent quality failures driven by training bias and messy data. She is also open to any questions regarding AI governance and operational safety, including practical guardrails, safety protocols, and how Sapien should think about data labeler rights and protections. Madison has been here since the early days, so bring your sharpest questions. 👇 https://forms.gle/2TS3wTUMBKqjzFY77

Time to reveal this week’s Sapien team member for the Discord Takeover: Jean-Philippe Melanson, Software Engineer at Sapien. JP is building Sapien’s Proof of Quality system, the foundation that helps us measure, validate, and continuously improve what “good” looks like across the product. JP is happy to take questions on AI applied to real product workflows, product development in a fast moving startup, practical UX decisions that compound over time, and where blockchain architectures do and do not make sense when building for scale. If you want to dig into how we translate technical choices into product outcomes, bring your sharpest questions. As always, your questions will be collected, and the most common ones will be answered live on Friday at 12:00 pm Eastern in the #🎙️┃team-ama channel on Discord! https://forms.gle/qtFXr3p2eFaQGYMg6

Most AI failures are not “mystery bugs.” They are predictable outcomes of unverified judgments made somewhere in data capture, evaluation, or review. Proof of Quality is built to make those judgments auditable and accountable. Today we are publishing the Sapien roadmap so builders can see exactly what is being shipped, when, and why. It is organized around one goal: make Proof of Quality a drop in primitive for any AI pipeline: Sapien.io/roadmap Q1 is about hardening the core and shipping the developer surface area. The protocol needs to be stable, inspectable, and predictable before it is scalable. If you are building systems where “trust me, bro” is not an acceptable quality guarantee, join the waitlist at sapien.io/developers to get early access or email [email protected] if you want to build with the team.

Proof of Quality is almost here. As we finalize the protocol for launch, the current Sapien app will be closing down. Task access closes at the time of this announcement. See below for details on pending USDC payouts and unstaking. We’ll share launch details and access information soon. If you have pending USDC that has not been paid out, you must report it during the coming week. Beyond this, the team is working hard to resolve any outstanding issues related to pending tasks. Reporting opens: March 5th, 5pm EST Reporting closes: March 11th, 5pm EST Submit your report through our standard customer service channels. https://sapien.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new Include: - Your account identifier (email/username and wallet address if applicable) - The total pending amount shown in the app - Any other relevant details that help us verify the claim. - Reports submitted outside the reporting window may not be eligible for review as we wind down the current app’s payout workflows. If you already have a report sent to us, we will get back to you! Unstaking will remain available after task access closes. At this time, there is no deadline for unstaking. Questions about unstaking can be directed to our customer support. Unstaking related issues will continue to be handled after the pending USDC deadline. PoQ is protocol infrastructure that turns quality judgments into verifiable, onchain signals for AI. Contributors stake, validators reach consensus, and the result gets attested permanently. Human or AI. Any data type. Any pipeline. We’re in final audits before launch. Get on the early adopters list for priority access when we go live. https://www.sapien.io/developers

In today's blog post, we explore how AI security tools changed the economics of security auditing. Candidate vulnerabilities are now cheaper and faster to generate, but we have no way of proving outright whether a finding is actually to be believed. False positives consume senior auditor time, delay remediation, confuse clients, and weaken trust in the final report. The next phase of AI-assisted security work needs a stronger validation layer: qualified expert review, clear rubrics, reviewer agreement, severity calibration, and, most importantly, a provable record behind every decision. Sapien’s Proof of Quality turns AI-generated findings into verified security signals, helping teams separate confirmed risk from noise at the speed AI now demands. Most AI quality claims depend on trust. Sapien makes them verifiable. Our new blog post breaks down the 5 steps of Proof of Quality, from the rubric a customer authors to the Proof Report that carries the record forward. What was reviewed? What rubric applied? Who reviewed it? How did agreement form? What outcome was accepted? That is the point of Proof of Quality. Read here: https://www.sapien.io/blog/from-0-to-5-the-steps-of-proof-of-quality

SAPIEN staking rewards are live! @everyone Holders can now deposit SAPIEN into the Sapien Vault on Base and receive vSAPIEN, a token representing their underlying SAPIEN in the vault. As rewards stream into the vault, each vSAPIEN redeems for more SAPIEN. What that means in practice: · The cap opens at up to 20% a year, and the full rate applies while the vault holds under 50M SAPIEN, and the rate declines as the vault grows and as the program ages. · Rewards are funded from existing supply, an allocation of 50M SAPIEN unlocked at TGE. No additional SAPIEN is being created and the emission schedule is unchanged. · Each deposit can be withdrawn once it is 24 hours old. After that there is no waiting period and no other lockup. · Depositing alone carries no slashing risk. That exposure only exists for vSAPIEN a holder explicitly locks behind a validator later on. · The live rate is always published at vault.sapien.io. Deposits are open in supported jurisdictions at vault.sapien.io, where the live rate, contract details and Terms of Service are published. AI can draft a vulnerability report in minutes. Verifying it takes judgment. That gap is the subject of our new post on AI audit triage. When automated discovery expands the queue faster than review capacity grows, the value of an audit moves from the length of the findings list to the quality of the decisions behind it. New on the blog: The AI Audit Triage Problem: When Finding Bugs Becomes Easier Than Verifying Them https://www.sapien.io/blog/the-ai-audit-triage-problem-when-finding-bugs-becomes-easier-than-verifying-them
