This trip to Japan was filled with so many delicious moments, and honestly, one of my favorite parts of traveling is getting to discover all kinds of food along the way. From warm and comforting motsunabe to beautifully tender Kobe beef, savory okonomiyaki, and something I was especially curious to try, beef tongue yakiniku! Every dish had its own charm, and choosing what to eat was almost as much fun as actually eating it. There were so many new flavors to discover, and every place had something that made me want to try just one more bite. I guess that’s one of the best things about traveling, there’s always something new waiting around the corner, especially when it comes to food. Food also has a special way of making memories last a little longer. Even after coming home, I still find myself thinking about the flavors, the little restaurants, the atmosphere, and those happy moments sitting down for a good meal after a long day of exploring. Sometimes, it’s the simplest meals and little food stops that end up becoming some of the most memorable parts of a trip. This journey gave me so many delicious memories that I’ll definitely be carrying with me for a while. But now I’m curious… which do you think became my favorite dish on this trip?
