POTUS has the authority to designate American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” if they are caught collaborating with foreign adversaries, and they can be tried as terrorists via Military Tribunal. Speedy trials. Trump and his administration (Stephen Miller) have also openly floated suspending Habeas Corpus and implementing Martial Law, which can be invoked during “invasions or rebellions”.
