I looked at magnesium after reading your post and there are several different types. Which type do you take, for example magnesium taurate, glycinate, citrate etc? Please disregard my question about which type you take. I found Dr. Ardis' formula, and he combines different types of magnesium. Thanks again.

Dr Ardis has much information. Magnesium and lots of it. 500-1000mg a day. Vitamin C also, at least 1000 mg. His website has many videos.

Stop eating refined salt. Get some unrefined like Redmond real salt. Get hydrated like the water cures . Org tells you for free. It got rid of my sinus problems. You will most likely have to give up soda and other beverages besides water.

Sufficient water in small amounts through the whole day increases the blood volume and naturally blood pressure both ways. Obviously no one makes money on this option.
