Depends. israel is low. The study often used is low amounts of academics, 30+ people. Selection bias. Verbal high language is their genetrait. Also being annoying combative and complaining and subverting. They get a first prize in consanguinous genetic diseases. Ashkenazim yes. And to be honest, I believe it. They are undoubtedly more intellectual and talented, on average, than other groups from what I've seen, at least in terms of sheer capacity (I may morally object to most of what they produce but I acknowledge the hard work behind it nonetheless). They have a very cerebral culture where most of their men are nerds and wordcels. That disposition is rewarded in Jewish society and that has effects on reproduction. With all that said, they are still vastly overrepresented even when you control for IQ.
