What do you mean by flash my inactive slot

Ok so i start the update and the moment the phone is bout to restart i do the flashing of inactive slot !

When it asks you to restart, you go to Magisk, flash to inactive slot, and then restart.

Couldn't extract the 60m ota , it tells me that i have to download the whole 3.303.3 update which is 5.6gb and i don't know if it the magisk flash it will work
