Money in, clients served. That was week two on Taskade. 🧬 → Mon and Tue: one sentence gives EVE your Monday list, and a closed job sends its own Stripe invoice → Wed and Thu: card checkout inside your app, and two ways to connect your tools → Fri and Sat: a candle store from one prompt, and a client portal each client signs in to Next week: the operations side. Receipts, site photos, stock, the whole day on one screen. https://www.taskade.com/apps

Can one prompt build a pet sitting business app? Taskade Genesis: yes, in minutes. 🐾 One sentence in. A live app out: → Projects hold bookings, routines, and pet details → Agents write care instructions, feeding schedules, and client updates → Automations handle reminders, check-ins, and client messages Swap pets for lawns, chairs, or rooms. The shape is the same: bookings, a schedule, a client who wants an update. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EM4UvyC8BlI

Photos, PDFs, receipts. A published Taskade app collects them. 📎 → A client attaches a document in your form → A teammate snaps the receipt on the job → The file lands with its record, and a flow reads it into text Then the agents and workflows take over. Pull the details from the receipt. Attach the site photo to the job. Start intake the moment the documents arrive. Which pile goes first: receipts, PDFs, client forms, or site photos? Reply with yours.

Train a Taskade agent on your files, from your desk or your phone. 🧠 → Train it on projects and documents → Connect your knowledge base → Give it tool access → Use it inside any Taskade Genesis app Price lists, contracts, SOPs, last year's invoices. Ask a question. The answer stays connected to the workspace where the work happens. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXYp-DgIQA4

Three prompts went into Taskade Genesis. Three apps came out. 💜 → A neon task manager that feels alive → A mono portfolio that does not look like everyone else's → A team knowledge base that organizes itself Each one took less time than a scroll through your feed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBZh9mE_fO0

One sentence into Taskade Genesis: "Build a project tracker like Jira but simpler." 🧬 → Project and task databases to track issues → Boards and lists across teams → An agent ready to summarize updates → Automations for status changes and notifications No templates. No code. One sentence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6bn53G7goM

Sales, support, billing: one Taskade prompt sets up the whole agent team. 🤖 → Each agent starts with your workspace knowledge → Support knows what sales promised → Billing knows what support fixed Share the app and the team travels with it. One system, several agents, nothing falls between them. Which handoff in your business loses the most work? Reply with it. That is the team to build first.

This group runs on Telegram. So can a Taskade app. 📈 One prompt built a team mood tracker: → Custom fields and mood scales → Every entry syncs live → A Telegram bot connected to the app Describe what you need. Your AI teammates build the fields, the logic, and the dashboard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP0DV_lm79E

Give Taskade EVE a vague job and it asks before it builds. 🧬 Say: "Every Monday at 9, summarize open jobs and email the team." → EVE asks what it does not know: which projects, whose 9 AM, which email → It connects the projects, the agent, and the schedule into one flow → It shows each step as it builds, and it asks before it deletes anything Fewer wrong builds. Every Monday at 9 means your 9. What sentence do you give EVE first? Reply with it.

What surprised me most about the first 90 days of Taskade Genesis was not the numbers. It was the sentence people used. They stopped asking "can I build this" and started saying "this is running my business." Invoices. Booking systems. Client portals. Operations dashboards. The numbers were real: 130,000+ apps created, 3,000,000+ automation actions run, 100,000+ workflows built. The structure mattered more. Projects, agents, and automations stopped living in separate tabs and started behaving like one system. The workspace became the runtime. Almost a year later, that is still the whole idea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JH_DLE7l6zE

One link, everyone's slots. One prompt built this scheduler: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-2UbPRagoM

Agents thought. Automations executed. Week four on Taskade, recapped. 🧠 → A project tracker from one sentence, and a mood tracker with its own Telegram bot → One prompt set up a sales, support, and billing team that travels with the app → EVE asked before it built, and a scheduler kit closed the week Under all of it sits one shared map: projects, docs, conversations, agents, automations. The second app already knows your business. https://www.taskade.com/memory

Publishing a Taskade app is the start. The app reports back. 📊 → Visits, usage, and which pages people open → Where visitors come from: country, device, browser → EVE reads visitor questions and suggests what to improve Unanswered questions land in an inbox you review. Change the app from real behavior, not guesses. Which of your published apps gets the most visits, and what did those visitors ask that it did not answer? Reply with both.

Every Taskade Genesis app runs on the same three parts. 🧬 ▲ Memory: projects hold the bookings, the clients, the stock ■ Intelligence: agents read that data and reason through it ● Execution: automations keep the work moving after you close the tab That is Workspace DNA. One prompt builds all three, already connected. The full guide, start to finish: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgMl8GY_6t4

Eight people, five days, forty-seven expenses, $2,847. Taskade Genesis built the splitter. 💸 Nobody knew who owed what. One description fixed it: → Every expense logged as it happens → The split works itself out → An agent reads the spending and says where the money went No code. One prompt. Which shared bill do you still settle by hand?
