In Canada they allow a pesticide that is used for vegetables. (cant remember the name but a researcher friend of mine found this out) which is usually washed off of veggies, but you can' wash it off of weed, and when set on fire it causes arsenic poisoning. Which is why people feel sick. The best thing to do is buy organic only. Even from the stores, organic is the only way to go. They dont irradiate it either. Also due to the lack of radiation and chemical pesticides they have to inspect the weed more thoroughly which cuts down on mold which is present on a lot of the non organic weed. So if you are getting your supply from the stores, stick to organic. Growing your own is also a great solution, especially if you only use organic nutrients in the growing process.

If you’ve been pardoned you can’t plead the 5th. The 5th is there specifically to prevent you from self incrimination. If you have a blanket pardon then you can not incriminate yourself therefor the 5th amendment in this case is null and void. No risk of self incrimination means that the 5th can not be invoked. Unless they are looking for a perjury charge from one of his hearings under oath that fall outside the pardon. .
