Hi everyone, I'm writing my UPPSC 2024 interview transcript. It maybe helpful for candidates appearing in 2025 interviews. 14 March, afternoon shift Chairman + 3 members (1 lady) Background - Graduation in Political Science & Economics. Marks in Interview - 69 Chairman (after exchanging greetings) Mai aapse ek hi question puchunga...aap ek district k DM h aur aapke district me 1 couple h...unse se ek Brahmin h aur ek dalit, it could be either Boy Brahmin and Girl dalit or vise versa. Inn dono ko ek dusre se shaadi krni h aur dono ki family ekdm bhi ready nhi h. Situation aisa h ki shaadi hui to dono party apne me jhagada kr legi aur murder wagera ho jyega. Aapke niche k level k saare officers ne kosis kr li h already pr koi kch bhi sunne ko ready nhi h...ab aap ky krenge?? My approach was middle path..I told him ki sir dono families ko bitha k dialogue establish krenge and try to get them married with there family's consent. To this he was completely adamant ki kch nhi ho skta h...bs shaadi hogi to log marenge. I said ki I'll co-ordinate with police dept and provide security to both families. He replied ki gaon me already police ki team baithi hui h aur usse kch hone wala nhi h. I was continuously mentioning that it's there constitutional right and if they wish, I'll help them to marry by convincing their families. His last remarks were ki iska mtlb aap families ko marne k liye chhod denge. Basically he was trying to push me to one of the extremes...but as far as possible I stayed in the middle path only. Member 2 Again situational question. Aapne 'Operation Langda' aur ' Operation Khallas' k baare me suna h?? I replied...to follow up question was ki apko ky lgta h ki ye sahi h ky galat??...aur aap ek district k Police Superintendent h aur aapke saamne aisa case aaya h to ky krenge?? Again middle path and again a lot of follow up questions like...to aap ye keh rhe ky ki UP Police jo kr rhi vo galat kr rhi??...aap rhte to ky krte?? etc etc Member 3 Economics
