I'm getting a weird kind of an issue where the Media freezes / buffers every 2 sec. For example I'm playing a youtube vid or a WhatsApp audio note, the voice and vid freeze after 2 sec then starts for 2 sec and then freezes again continuously. What can cause this issue. SystemUI restart doesn't fix it. But device Restart fixes it
