Hi, I need help with my BuildBear account. I'm trying to upgrade to the $49/month Developer Plan, but Billing & Payment Methods shows “No customer ID found.” Is there a BuildBear team member or admin who can help me with this?

I'm considering upgrading to the $49/month Developer plan. I need to create an Ethereum Mainnet fork where the sandbox itself uses Chain ID 1, so that calling eth_chainId on the BuildBear RPC returns 0x1, instead of 31337. Is the “Same as Forked Network” Chain ID option included in the Developer plan?
