Sorry, the late response - I was "forced to be busy" by other things.
Back to UB:
It was indeed my fault... 😔
I used the Original Fairphone "back to stock tutorial" (→ LINK at MSG-End) and:
1.-> The Recovery was gone
2.-> The Ubuntu-Touch Installation worked! 🥳
For me, the interesting part is: How did postmarketOS just work with the half-done Phone state?
But this is not related to the UBports-Group and I don't even know if I am able reproduce the Phones State I had...

Ubuntu Touch is pretty specific with its prerequisites. The port is created based on drivers for a specific android version made by the OEM, so those are the drivers you need. PostmarketOS, to my knowledge, does not use the android drivers which is why it can be more flexible with the prerequisites

so how do they communicate with the hardware then... it sounds both easier and harder at the same time
