@LV_LUXURY Hey man, I'm sorry to ping you but I'm running out of options between guides from here, xda developers, WDRT, and more resources on fixing this. I locked the bootloader (restored) and reflashed the phone. The phone works when the bootloader is locked, its the moment that I try to unlock the bootloader is throws it into a bootloop with the gears.

Does your phone gets warm using that cable?

Yeah it wont complete the unlocking process, okay so I use the Otcupdater to get it the last update before moving over to universal updater to get it on an insider build of 1709 then I was us IUtool to update to 15400. Well my dumb self and yes I can be dumb not going to lie when I mess up badly. I didn't let the update finish because I forgot to unlock the bootloader. So I immediately went into WPI and started the bootloader unlocking procedures while Universal Updater was transmitting 64 out of 221 update files to the phone. I then enable flight signing while its was in mass storage mode and then took it out of mass storage and then the symptoms began.
