@realnetorare 模块作用域问题：
1. 用户态的 API 设计问题，能重复发送相同已添加包名的请求，而且返回成功，这块不应该仅靠返回的 packages 列表内容状态来表达语义
2. 失败/拒绝应该给一个预置的 enum 做预期语义集，而不是一个 raw message
3. removeScope 目前没有 callback，我觉得应该添加一个
4. 静态作用域问题，声明了静态作用域 service 还能发起动态申请，而且还能成功，我觉得这个如果不是有意而为之，那应该是 bug，应优先修复
Version 1.5.0 has been preliminarily completed, and testers are now being recruited from among developers who utilize version 1.3 or higher. The primary objective of this testing phase is to verify the forward and backward compatibility of the API. The testing format involves the provision of AAR files packaged via Maven Local. Please note that the release coordinates, as well as the coordinates for the subsequent official release to Maven Central, are subject to change. Participation in this testing is voluntary, and an immediate feedback mechanism is in place.
As the documentation is currently incomplete, it is not available at this time. The KDoc has been thoroughly refined, and any inquiries may be submitted via the group channel.
Temporary Test Group
1.5.0 已初步完成，现招募测试人员，范围为使用 1.3+ 版本的开发者。本次测试主要验证 API 的前后兼容性问题，测试形式为仅提供 Maven Local 打包后的 AAR 文件。发布坐标及后期正式推送到 Maven Central 的坐标可能会变更，测试采取自愿原则和即时反馈机制。
因为文档还未完工，所以暂不提供文档，KDoc 已充分完善，有问题可群内反馈。
