To Reese and the Ignition Group,
For months, you made Jesse the issue.
You questioned his motives, challenged his integrity, criticized his role, and repeatedly suggested that he was standing in the way of Zera’s future. Whether that was your intention or not, that became the narrative.
Well, Jesse has stepped back.
The question now is no longer about Jesse.
The question is about you.
You have repeatedly said that your reputations matter above all else. A reputation, however, is not built by criticism. It is built by what you accomplish once the criticism has achieved its objective.
The technical contributor you held responsible is no longer standing in your way.
So now what?
Where are the proposals?
Where is the leadership?
Where is the innovation?
Where is the investment?
Where is the measurable progress you assured the community was possible?
This is the moment where reputations are earned, not by words, not by Telegram posts, and not by assigning blame but by results.
The community has heard the criticism.
Now it is time to see the contribution.
If your vision for Zera is stronger than the one you opposed, then demonstrate it. Learn the technology. Work through governance. Invest alongside everyone else. Build consensus. Deliver value.
