I recently bought a second-hand A52s; the device works fine, but I have a bit of a problem. My carrier is Movistar, and the issue is that I have a data connection but cannot make calls, receive messages, or send messages—only the data connection works. I've tried everything—changing the APN settings, manually connecting to the carrier—but the problem persists. When I try to make a call, it just gives me an error message; the same message appears when I try to send a text.

Help :(

I have a Samsung A15 4G, and it works normally on that one.

Since it's a second-hand "A52s", I checked the IMEI and everything is in order.

Do you think reinstalling the operating system with a CSC closer to my country would help?
