‘Gift with generosity. Receive with generosity.’ ~ @garymdouglas Did you know that getting your Bars run is about receiving? How much of your energy do you push out of your body into the world daily? And how much do you allow to flow in and through you? See energy is just energy. When we calculate what we can receive and add up all the reasons why we should receive things, well that’s transactional receiving based on a whole lot of conclusions. Mind blown?! The cool thing is there isn’t a ‘how to’ receive or receive better, the Bars clears what is blocking us from receiving. So how much fun could you have getting your Bars run knowing all that?! Find a practitioner to book a session or book an Access Bars Class here: accessconsciousness.com/bars 💆🏾‍♂️ #accessbars #getyourbarsrun #whatelseispossible #accessconsciousness #mindsetreset Thank you for this gorgeous photo of someone receiving an Access Bars session @amandagondimterapeuta_

25 years ago, one Bars session changed everything for Dr. Dain... from feeling heavy… to actually enjoying being alive again. Not everyone has the same experience. But many people notice something shift: more space, more ease, more lightness. And the coolest part?
