10 Reasons To Invest in $ADUR
by @DME:
1. $ADUR
offers a genuinely different way to recycle plastic. Most "chemical recycling" blasts plastic with extreme heat. Aduro breaks it down in hot water with a catalyst, at much lower temperatures - less energy, and it can handle dirty, mixed plastic that other methods have to reject, making their process more economical.
2. Their pilot plant is proving it out - live and in real time. Last month,
$ADUR
's pilot plant hit an 86% liquid yield, meaning most of the plastic came out as usable oil instead of being wasted as gas or char. It was based on a test running 24 hours a day across a four-day window, and the next step is longer, multi-day continuous runs, with those results still to be published. Running non-stop is the exact thing rival technologies kept failing at.
3.
$ADUR
is not really a plastic company, it's more like a hydrocarbon company. Plastic, crude oil, used cooking oil - they're all made of the same thing: chains of hydrocarbons. Aduro's real breakthrough is a way to cut those chains precisely and predictably, in water, with a catalyst. Because the tool works on the chains themselves, the same core tech can be pointed at almost any hydrocarbon feedstock, which is how one platform covers waste plastic, heavy oil, and renewable oils, a combined TAM that puts
$ADUR
north of $200 billion.
4. Serious industry players have already tested it.
$ADUR
completed and graduated from Shell's Game Changer program in December 2025 and it runs an R&D collaboration with TotalEnergies.
5. Regulation tailwinds are coming. From 2030, the EU forces recycled content into plastic packaging. That's a wave of mandatory demand arriving right as
$ADUR
moves toward commercial production - buyers who'll have no choice but to source material like Aduro's.
6. The founders own it - and they just put more money in. Insiders own more than ~30% of the company. There's no bank debt, and in June 2026 Aduro raised about US$22M (with insiders
