We've also established the Generic_x86_64 target for some time and got it usable recently, and we'll start releasing its builds here. It's similar to Android-x86 in the past, however we currently don't have a installer yet. The image will provide live boot by default. To install it, do it manually with some steps (check out group notes for this).

For Generic_x86_64 we'll release non-gapps builds by default. These are the minimal things needed to make brya system image boot: - Add tpm device - Enable tpm support in the kernel - Add /dev/tpm* 0666 hsm hsm to /system/etc/ueventd.rc - Make readPostManufacturingConfig() return early on DesktopRepairModeService.smali in /system/frameworks/desktop-services.jar - Delete /*/priv-app/Repair* - Edit /system/etc/init/usbauthservice.rc, make the service run as root - (Optional) Add ro.setupwizard.mode=DISABLED to any build.prop
