MiBzAnI think it has a user friendly interface along with the fact they are listening to the end users and what they actually want. Upgrading and adjusting always, which is cool. They have good customer service too.

Ehhh...Like I said, it's all preference. I can't stand the UI of BuzzTV. Then again, I refuse to use any of those cheap chinese boxes as well that have similar UI's

Keep in mind they are constantly upgrading their software and listening to suggestion - maybe suggest a better interface to them?

  Tbh the interface in any device don't really matter as you can change it yourself if you know what your doing

    Well and they listened to people wanting custom launchers and having 3 to choose from already. I genuinely feel like they care about what we have to say about things and the ease of use.

Which is the case with most things made overseas, but this is a Canadian company and I think they proudly stand behind the quality of their products or I highly doubt Rohas and NxTLvLTech would promote them.

I'm sure they do care, still doesn't change my opinion that all 3 of the launchers still suck lol. FireTV OS or AndroidTV OS or I don't want it. Everything else is garbage.

Fair enough, everyone is entitled to their own preferences and opinions. But be sure to give suggestions for betterment, as they may just listen and make changes for the better.

Well everyone has different opinions in devices me personally after useing dex & shield which is a console not a Tv Box would not use any other devices unless they changed there specs
