I hold USDC on the Base network. Since Arweave is EVM-compatible but SimpleSwap charges high fees for the swap, I’m wondering: is there a P2P option to exchange AR or USDC-A for USDC on the Base network?

Dear Arweave founders,I’m writing to you with great respect and enthusiasm for the ecosystem you have built.I would like to propose the creation (or facilitation) of a P2P tool that allows users to swap the $AR token for any stablecoin across different networks (Solana, Base, Ethereum, and others), taking advantage of the fact that Arweave is EVM-compatible.Currently, existing options (Binance, SimpleSwap, and similar services) charge extremely high fees—in many cases almost quadrupling the value of the transaction. Converting 1 USDC into $AR can end up costing nearly four times its real value, which is simply not viable or worthwhile for the average user. This becomes especially critical because the developer of the Permatell project (within the Wander wallet) has just launched #POMP, the evolution of POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol). To fund and fully use the project, accessible and affordable $AR is needed. As holders and accumulators of $AR, you have the vision and resources to evaluate internal or external instruments that can solve this bottleneck. Enabling an efficient P2P swap would not only improve the user experience but also boost the adoption of projects built on Arweave and remove a major friction point when it comes to delivering good service.I look forward to a prompt response and any progress in this direction.A giant hug and thank you for everything you do for the permanent ecosystem.Best regards.
