Set it to 80 and change frequency to only once. Once it hits 80 you'll get a notification only once. You could also choose every 5 minutes in case you miss it.
As auntie said, it's in plain English, use a translator if needed, and I believe battery guru is translated into other languages too. Though I don't know how to switch that setting.

Can we have Always-On display for Charging only option? Very Big Charging % is great but I only prefer it during charging.

Thanks for confirming. I have 3 Battery Apps installed around same time. Other 2 are 32 MB and 157 MB. Maybe Battery Guru has more advanced algorithm and data collection.
