Here is some useful information about prepositions.
Prepositions are commonly used in English but they are hard to learn. This lesson takes three prepositions of place and gives some examples of how they are used.
Please note that there are others (such as "between," "next to," "near," and so on) and also there are some cases where two prepositions are possible for the same situation: "in a supermarket" or "at a supermarket" for example. There is too much information to cover in a single lesson.

English slang terms are widely used in informal communication and often differ from standard vocabulary.
Slang expressions can change rapidly, influenced by cultural trends, music, and social media. While some terms become widely recognized, others remain specific to regions or groups.
Understanding slang is important for interpreting modern conversations and current online content. Slang reflects evolving language habits and can provide insight into social connections and identity.

The phrase "make a beeline" refers to moving directly toward a target without deviation. Its origin is linked to the way bees travel straight to and from their hive when carrying nectar. This behavior is recognized for efficiency and focus, which is why the term has come to describe purposeful, direct action in English. The use of this expression highlights a movement or decision made with clear intention, avoiding unnecessary detours.

The terms "perspective" and "prospective" are often confused due to their similar spelling. Perspective refers to a particular viewpoint or the way something is observed or considered. It is used when describing an attitude, opinion, or visual angle.
Prospective, on the other hand, pertains to something expected in the future. It is commonly used to describe someone or something likely to become part of a specific situation or to refer to future possibilities.
Understanding the correct usage of these terms is important for precise communication.
