G I don't know for transfer from your wallet to an external wallet, but I remember you have 22 or 23 transactions per months with the savings part of bleap (23 one-way transaction) and 5 cashback withdrawal per month. I don't think these limits are displayed in the new app. But I wouldn't be surprise if they exist. Ask support to reset your limit

It displays the cashback or the reason why there is no cashback Mainly, the no cashback is because the merchant is using an MCC that conditions and limits of Bleap card specifically labeled no cashback (https://www.bleap.finance/fr-fr/legal-agreements/bleap-cardholder-terms-eea-bleap-sia) I know it can be weird. Once, I bought some croissants at a French bakery. The MCC was of some financial company. 🤷♂️ that made me wonder wether that bakery had a weird story.M G
