When there is ONE country "calling the shots" for everyone, deciding or not to change the government of another country if its not malleable enough (and USA did it so many times) interfering with national issues from another country, don't be surprised to be considered as another bully.
Especially if your help is not free, and it's usually a bad gift on the long run.
And yes, one country's culture, economy, language having precedence on the others, all over the world (a quite big world) it is a globalism.
There was a kind of a french "Spitting Image" show in the 90s where USA was represented by a puppet, the leader looking like Sylvester Stalone in grey suite, and the country was called the One World Company.
His administration was represented by a Sylvester Stalone in army uniform, the Commandant Sylvester.
That's the image USA gave to the world of themselves.
It's still not at the level of the AC, but yes, it is still globalism. Especially if small countries had to regroup into a European Commission, or BRICS to counter their dominion, yep, there's a reason.
And a lot of Americans don't see it. And don't understand why we end up being fed up.
