To stop random messages and calls on Telegram, adjust your privacy settings by navigating to Settings > Privacy and Security. Set "Calls" and "Groups & Channels" to "My Contacts". Additionally, change "Phone Number" to "Nobody" and "Who Can Find Me by My Number" to "My Contacts".
