My view is that Casper is under resourced in the sales department. C-suite execs aren't seduced by X or Facebook ads. Sales and Business Development Executives whose career has been forged on enterprise sales, need to be helicoptered in to identify the gaps in Casper's proposition, create a plan and execute with their close network of high level executive clients.
N E Don't the Manifest and Roadmap already fill the gaps in Casper's proposition? 🤔 However, there is still a timeline involved before those gaps are fully closed. In the meantime, we need to hit the road to sell what is currently possible within Casper's ecosystem, and the question is whom we want to send out alongside Michael. 🔥
Educating the target market (C-suite leaders, influencers etc), about blockchain generally and Casper specifically, by attending events where the business leaders, consultancy firms the big accountancy and law firms hang out and establish Casper as the expert in the blockchain educational fields for these people, would have enormous ramifications. Talking about the issues facing economies that are on everyone's radar and explaining how Casper solves them and showing indicative examples of time and money savings, make people sit up and take notice. Imagine a talk that started like this....Casper eliminates 60% of errors in your workflow processes. 100% of records are correct and verifiable so no more arguments and disputes EVER. Fixed costs, means forecasting up to 70% operational overhead savings. Customer satisfaction and Nett Promoter scores go through the roof. Legally compliant and fully protected means your records are safe and so secure, quantum computers suck at trying to break us.....Shall we use your pen or mine?
N Interesting, of course, but as far as I remember, something similar was already done during the publication of the Manifest, particularly attending events. Of course, there was no direct engagement with traditional businesses there or demonstration of what problems blockchain and Casper in general can solve for them, but nevertheless, Casper was presented to the wider public at the time, including to founders of other projects and influencersJ

LucasUsers are investing in blockchains that aim to implement RWAs at an institutional level. The tools are there, everything looks perfect, yet no one is using them.
In my opinion, that is the only thing Casper is missing.
Interoperability is the missing link, as it is a standalone chain?
