Two simple questions about the Dzhigan story
Everything's clear with him. There are no questions there. He's gone nuts because of his drug use. I don't think anyone needs to explain how they get permits to buy a gun in our country. 1. The last name, first name, and rank of the official who "hushed up" the case. Because if it was a firearm (in the video, it looks like a 9mm civilian Saiga-9 carbine) and if there were gunshot wounds (as the media is reporting), then there shouldn't be any complaint from the victims. A criminal case is opened automatically. The hospital sends a telephone message to the police. This is causing harm, whether moderate or grievous.
Or the wounded man wasn't taken to the hospital? Then that's also a charge of failure to provide assistance. Plus, judging by the revelations of socialites, there was illegal deprivation of liberty. A whole bunch of criminal charges.
What kind of amateurish activity is this: "Children and family members were freed privately by former special forces soldiers, specially summoned to the village for this purpose. They acted according to hostage rescue operation protocol."
I can imagine the author puffing out his cheeks when he wrote these words in a well-known "news" blog. Probably the same author who poked fun at the "anniversary liberation of Vesyoloye," not realizing that there might be a couple more of them in the same region for anniversaries. What the hell are former special forces soldiers? What the hell is protocol?! The only protocol is to call 911. And by using former special forces soldiers, you're putting your children's lives at risk. And you're spreading this criminal nonsense all over the internet.

Thirteen people convicted of illegal migration
A criminal group that trafficked in Russian citizenship was sentenced in Moscow. Thirteen defendants appeared in court, five of whom were former police officers. Depending on their role, they were found guilty of crimes under Part 2 of Article 322.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (organizing illegal migration), Part 5 of Article 290 of the Russian Criminal Code (accepting a bribe), and Part 4 of Article 291 of the Russian Criminal Code (giving a bribe). They were sentenced to prison terms ranging from 3 to 11 years.
The group operated under the guise of a personnel recruitment company. They sought out foreigners from Central Asia willing to pay for Russian citizenship.
