@caakshansh, in Custom valuation, if the Que contain 20% FOB rule (ICAI presentation) as well as conversion Rule 1 or 2. So in that case how to convert? Means in main ans hum FOB value likhte hi nhi hai...toh fir conversion kab aur kaise kerna ? For ex in Que 47 of Custom Valuation - ABC Industries of Mumbai....if freight charges is not given then how we would solve it ?

No, bcoz the above case involves movement of goods & invoice is issued before removal of goods (which is within time limit), hence tos will be date of invoice, whereas the red highlighted part is for other than movement of goods
