A shared intelligence layer, must be a neutral layer. This layer should not determine what trust is.

Such a layer, should be an infrastructure layer. A neutral trust layer, an immutable one that is persistent.

Aka, something based on open and accessible standards. W3C DIDs and VCs.

Platforms keep trying to absorb the wrong layers, because they keep seeking control and total revenue opportunities.

My challenge; when the platform doesn't exist anymore, where are the records. Lets use common laws in place for VASPs coming online of recent. Financial services like conveyancing need to hold details of KYC etc for SEVEN years.

My point, you should be able to verify or replay such receipts of due diligence at any time.

Hellooooo, wake up identity industry. All the vendors turned into silos. The "SaaS partner layer" of cheqd should be vibrant and adopted. Honestly, what on earth happened.
