Sindarov played to a draw against Esipenko, holding on to his lead with 6.5 points.
Hikaru finally seems to be waking up and has a solid advantage over Fabi, the momentum shift we are happy to see.
Giri is also winning against Pragg, but the last thing we want is an in-form Giri getting comfortable and finding his rhythm.
On a quieter board, Wei Yi and Bluebalm appear to be heading towards a draw.
