*indecipherable snow leopard noises*Hey. I've got a hacking project I'm working on that involves micropython. I've coded plenty in regular python but micropython has enough differences that I'm looking for like a good guide on how to do it. Anybody know of any good books or websites on it?
I need to learn it myself, by my understanding is that you are guaranteed all language features of Python 3.4, plus you get a few cherry picked features from later versions. You get a lot of the standard modules too (sys, os, math, time, random, json, even socket and ssl) but there's going to be differences especially in the os module because if you're running on a microcontroller you probably won't have niceties like a filesystem

it doesnt come with a "this language only has x?"
T They appear to be working on it https://docs.micropython.org/en/latest/differences/python_35.html
I think the biggest 3.5 language feature was async/await, and that's already in. By the looks of it it's practically there already. And it's not like nothing after that is supported, they will have implemented all the most common Python features from later versions, like f-strings from 3.6, assignment expressions from 3.8, and they are working on the match statement from 3.10, someone's opened a pull request for it
