I received a message from this (@dmcatelegram) Telegram ID in my inbox asking me to sign the agreement paper by hand and upload it to my inbox. Is this Telegram account an official Telegram account? Please someone official respond to my question, if it is a scammer then I will skip it, and if it is official then I will have to hear again that you did not notice the opportunity that was given due to the late reply. So actually I need to know whether this is an official account or not.
