what happent to fm after ai become so powerfull now.

That's a very good question

I have my toughts, but a lot of people don't agree with me but I also think part of that is a little denial and part of that is that they don't understand what the Models are capable of

and right now, even for the last year or so, its not the models that are making the gains. It's the code around the models that are making them effective and work well. Claris has some things coming a log to leverage AI, but I don't know why someone would continue to pay for FileMaker when they could build a good harness and roll their own.

I don't think that there are going to be that many people interested in making their own apps even if AI makes it possible. I think for the most part it's goign to be a tool for developers to leverage. But I think there are going to be fewer of them overall.

Hey all! Does anyone know when the upcoming Agentic Development Kit update will be available in FileMaker?

I believe it's supposed to ship with the next version but I am not 100% sure
